2. Our Services
By using this Site, you are purchasing a dual-phase service:
- The VR/5 Vehicle History Report: An immediate, comprehensive digital report containing the vehicle’s MOT history, scrap markers, and technical specifications.
- Vehicle Search Subscription: A monthly service that stores your report, timestamps updates on the 1st of every month, and provides refreshed market valuations (auction, trade, and retail).
3. Subscription & Contract Period
- Duration: The service is designed as a 12-month update cycle.
- Flexibility: While the service plan lasts 12 months, it is "non-fixed." You have the right to cancel at any time during this period without penalty.
- Auto-Termination: After 12 months, your subscription will automatically conclude, and no further charges will be made unless you choose to renew.
4. Fees and Payment
By clicking "Pay" or "Submit," you authorize the following:
- Initial Payment: An upfront fee of £17.85 for the generation of the primary VR/5 Report and the activation of your subscription.
- Recurring Fee: A monthly fee of £7.99 (representing a ~45% discount on the initial report price) for ongoing data updates.
- Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your bank statement as vehicledebit.co.uk. This is to help you easily identify the service and find the cancellation portal if needed.
- Secure Processing: All payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store your full credit/debit card details.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We aim for total transparency in our billing.
How to Cancel:
You can cancel your subscription at any time via:

Cancellations are processed by the next business day. You will retain access to your data until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Refund Policy:
- The "Genuine Error" Clause: If you purchased this service believing it was the official government road tax portal, we offer a 14-day "No Questions Asked" refund policy. Simply email us within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund of your initial payment and cancel the subscription.
- Technical Failure: If we fail to deliver your report due to a system error, a full refund will be automated.
- Data Accuracy: If a report is generated for an incorrect VRM provided by you, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your registration number before submission.
6. Data Sources and Limitations
Our reports utilize data from various public and third-party sources (e.g., DVSA, specialized valuation providers). While we strive for 100% accuracy:
- We rely on third-party data accuracy.
- Valuations are estimates based on market trends and are not a guaranteed sale price.
- The status of "Taxed" or "Untaxed" in our report is for information only and does not constitute a legal record of payment.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
